St. Patrick's Day found me at the Rancho Cultural Centre, with Alexis, for a documentary on the Dalai Lama. I'm slightly emberassed to admit that I didn't know much about him before this film. I knew the basics, and that was really all.
The interesting thing about the Dalai Lama is that he lives a life of tact rather than practising being tactful in certain situations. He preaches religious and social tolerance, love and peace, pacifism and ecological consciousness.
Can you just imagine if the world started practising Buddhism and incorporated the teachings in their everyday life?
I'm actually very fascintaed by this idea.
The random workings of my inner (and sometimes outer) thought process in various written extrapolations that may or may not have some comedic value, but are nevertheless entertaining...to me. Reader, you haz been warned.

Recently
My life has been pretty busy. I'm glad for it, but I started doing some things I wouldn't normally do, in the name of being newly free and single (again). It has resulted in my not feeling so hot this week. So I learned my lesson. No more partying Sunday nights.
Some of my friends went to Sedona this weekend, and I wonder if they had fun.
That's really it, I'm sorta too pooped to write anything of major interest.
